The work.

Field operations, defense technology, intelligence software, and advisory engagements that hold consequence. Every role at UG is a named seat on a real engagement, not a requisition. The standard is that the work is done to a single firm-wide threshold, regardless of jurisdiction or contract value.

The people.

Operators, analysts, and engineers drawn from public service, peer firms, and the operational practice itself. The firm hires fewer people than it turns down. Vetting runs against an internal four-tier standard: identity, background, professional history, and references in their own words.

The path.

Tenure is built around portfolio rather than seniority. Authorship matters. Operators publish under their names, analysts defend their methodology, and engineers ship into a platform that is reviewed externally. Promotion runs on the firm's record of engagements, not on tenure-of-rank.

How we vet

One standard. Documented. Auditable.

Every offer at UG UAE is conditional on the firm's four-tier screening standard, applied independently of the candidate's home jurisdiction. Tier one is identity verification against jurisdictional documents. Tier two is background screening per local law, with the firm's compliance function as the residual check. Tier three is a professional-history reconstruction under named reference. Tier four is continuous monitoring across the operator's standing tenure. For roles requiring government clearance: subject to clearance procedures of the relevant jurisdiction.
