How leadership engages

One standard, not many.

Directors are appointed against the same vetting threshold the firm applies to operators in the field. Selection considers operating history, region of standing, and the absence of commercial interests that would compromise judgment. Tenure is fixed and renewable. Direct engagement with directors begins at the briefing stage. The firm does not retain figureheads, and does not list founders or executives whose role is not active.

Engage

Engage with leadership.

Direct engagement with directors begins at the briefing stage. Submissions are read by a named member of the firm.
