Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 12 February 2026.
UG UAE LLC today adopted its operating Charter, the internal governance instrument that sets the firm's standing terms of engagement across all four operating divisions: Field Operations, Defense Technology, UG Cortex, and Intelligence Advisory and Investigations.
The Charter codifies what UG UAE will accept, what it will refuse, and the conditions under which an engagement may be terminated unilaterally. It governs client selection, conflict screening, neutrality, and conduct in the field. It is binding on every operator, analyst, engineer, and director of the firm.
"The Charter is not a marketing document," said a spokesperson for UG UAE. "It is the instrument by which we decline work. We have held to it since founding. Adopting it formally sets the same standard for the people who engage us."
The Charter requires annual review by the Board and by the firm's External Ethics Chair. Amendments require formal ratification. Material breaches are reportable to the Board and, where applicable, to the relevant supervisory authority.
UG UAE does not comment on individual engagements. The firm operates internationally and maintains no country-aligned posture.
